This past year has been a challenge, to say the least. And some of the biggest names and brightest minds in business seem to be all but dismissing the future of corporate travel. And while, at first glance, the logical answer may be to slash travel budgets… is it the RIGHT answer?

Did companies succeed through Covid because they traveled less and people got used to Zoom/WebEx/Teams? Or did they succeed, in the short term, in spite of it?

The one thing that travel naysayers have failed to look at when rejoicing at the reduced bottom line, one without airfare or hotel rooms or costly business dinners, is what they are losing out on. And that is the Return on People.

You may be familiar with the common business terms ROI or ROC, or perhaps even ROO or ROE... Well, we want to introduce you to ROP and Return on People and the value of face to face human connection is the most important framework in understanding how we can achieve success in a post-covid world.
